Returns and refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt in undamaged original condition. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.Request a return by sending an email to info@mivoza.com stating the reason for the return and attaching photos or videos of the product. Once approved, we will send you the address of the nearest fulfillment center where you can send the product.
Please include a track & trace number with your return, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. We do not provide return labels and will not refund the shipping costs.
Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect the product and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method upon approval. Please follow the above instructions carefully to avoid any issues and/or delays with your refund.
Our refund policy only covers manufacturing defects, not:
- Unintentional damage
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Deterioration of colors and materials due to exposure to sunlight
- Returns/exchanges of products that have been in contact with water will not be accepted.
You can get a refund if:
- The product you purchased is not in order.
- You have not received the product within 60 working days.
Notes:
* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bodysuits, creams, shampoos, patches and all other body products. Due to new hygiene regulations, we can no longer accept these after use.
* Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
* Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 working days of receipt of the return. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
* The customer will not be charged more than the shipping costs (this includes return shipping).
Not received a refund?
Please note that we will refund you the purchase amount after your refund request has been approved, which means the money will leave our account immediately. If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before your refund is posted. This can sometimes take up to 30 days.
